  • Castle Car Services, Inc. has a non-discrimination policy for passengers and potential passengers. All drivers have been notified of the system via our employee guidelines. If a driver is found violating this, please contact us at (517) 819-6350.
  • Castle Car Services, Inc. is transparent on its charges and does NOT impose additional costs on disabled passengers because of their disability. However, if there is a discrepancy, please contact us regarding billing at (517) 819-6350.
